QUILTS WENT TO VIETNAM!
Sherry, a friend of ours, recently adopted another little girl. This time a 10 month old baby girl from Vietnam.
She started her trip in October to Hanoi to pick up her little girl.
She spent three weeks there and obviously needed to take clothes and stuff for her and the baby, leaving little room for anything else.
However, a couple of days before she left, she stopped by
Arlington Fabric with an empty nylon carry-on bag. She said that she could take
as many quilts with her as we could fit into that bag. Let me tell you, I worked to stuff those quilts in that
bag, and in the end I got 6 quilts
to fit in from Wrap 'em for her to carry with her to Vietnam. She
personally delivered the quilts to the children at the International Mission
of Hope in Hanoi, Vietnam.
